Occupational Health Nurse or Medical Assistant

As a Health Services Clinician supporting Manufacturing Safety/Environmental Controls, you will be trusted to aid in direct patient care under the direct supervision of a medical provider congruent with state regulations at Johns Creek, GA.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Administer injections, screening tests, obtain laboratory specimens, room patients during clinic visits, and other patient care-related tasks that may be required
• Assist with administrative functions, including but not limited to scheduling patient appointments, maintaining updated quality logs, OSHA Forms, and patient records, and ordering and inventorying supplies.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication of employees’ work status with key organizational partners to support daily operations.
• Additionally, this role performs various activities supporting functional areas such as finance, purchasing, human resources, or for a specific project/business/technical unit.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPEREINCE

• Licensed Vocational/Practical Nursing
• Experience in an Occupational Health Setting
• BLS Certification
