Hello Fellow GA Council Members,

I’m thrilled to serve as your 2025–2026 Chair for the Georgia Council! I hope everyone is feeling refreshed after an exciting and action-packed EXPO.

Congratulations to the newly elected Board of Directors and Nominating Committee for the 2025–2026 term. We’re looking forward to another fantastic year of perioperative excellence!

The Board will be meeting regularly to discuss Council business, and we’ll communicate upcoming meeting dates and details with all of you. Our priority is to keep you informed about chapter meetings, vendor fairs, the Southeast Regional Conference, and the Expo.

• Heart Walk – September 2025: We encourage all chapters to participate and represent our community with pride.
• Southeast Regional Conference – November 1–2, 2025 in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. Two individuals will be honored with the DAISY Award, so start thinking about who you’d like to nominate!
